Each level builds on the last, with accredited learning, professional assessment, and ongoing CPD requirements.
Purple Heart One
Your foundation level. Complete core training, pass assessment, and earn your first Purple Heart. This establishes your commitment to safe, professional standards.
Purple Heart Two
Advanced mastery with specialisms in colour, styling, bridal, or barbering. Maintain 30-40 hours of CPD annually and demonstrate excellence in your craft.
Purple Heart Three
Master recognition for experienced professionals. Intensive assessment, 50+ hours CPD annually, and demonstration of exceptional skill and client care.
Educator Level
For leaders who train the next generation. Complete the Master Educator course, HABIA AET qualification, and ongoing professional development.

Our CPD programmes are endorsed by HABIA and delivered by experienced educators who understand the real-world challenges of hair professionals.
- Level 1: Minimum 20 CPD hours annually
