Rae Elizabeth Palmer
Founder & Creative Director, SR CCH
Rae is a State Registered Colour Consultant Hairdresser with over 30 years in the industry. Her vision is to give hairdressing the respect and recognition it deserves. Through WELOVE and The Purple Hearts Club, she champions regulation, education, and excellence.

Co-Founder & Operations Director
Ruth brings her passion for consumer safety and clarity to the movement. Her focus is on helping clients make informed decisions and ensuring that professionals meet the highest standards of practice.
